To complete this service properly, we will undertake a thorough inspection of your property, during which we will make a list and take pictures of all the problematic areas.

Once completed, we will send you the detailed list, along with the pictures we have taken.

We will then make a second inspection once the developer has eradicated all the problems!

In short, the first inspection is to find out if there are any problems, the second to make sure that everything has been done properly!

If any problems have not been resolved we will make a third inspection and will continue to do so until all the work is done!
